By engaging eXaltedU Pty Ltd for tutoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


2. Services

We provide premium, personalised tutoring and academic mentoring. Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.


3. Tutor Placement

We match students with tutors from our curated network of elite academic mentors.


4. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 5 days' notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Cancellations within 5 days incur the full session fee. No-shows will be charged in full.


5. Client Responsibilities

Ensure the student is prepared, punctual, and has necessary materials.


6. Intellectual Property

All teaching materials provided are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.


7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Student success depends on effort, engagement, and individual circumstances.


8. Termination

Clients may terminate with seven (7) days' written notice. All fees for services rendered remain payable.
